Cybernet CAE Systems to Distribute Reactis in China

Cary, NC (November 10, 2008) -- Reactive Systems, Inc. (RSI) has entered a distribution agreement with Cybernet CAE Systems Co. LTD (CCS). The Shanghai-based CCS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cybernet Systems Co. based in Japan. The company provides computer aided engineering services and tools to the rapidly growing Chinese market.

RSI Director of Asian Operations Michio Morimoto noted "we are delighted to expand our distributor network by partnering with CCS. We see a tremendous opportunity for Reactis in China. Model-based design is poised for rapid expansion in the coming years and CCS is very well-positioned to help its customers build their tool chains for maximum benefit." Morimoto went on to note that CCS's parent was a major player in deploying model-based design in Japan as the distributor of the MathWorks products for more than a decade.

CCS will sell and provide front-line technical support for the Reactis testing and validation package for Simulink/Stateflow models as well as the Reactis for C Plugin. The latter product offers white-box testing of the C code portions of models (S-Functions and Stateflow custom code).
